Botany and Meditation with Jack Johnston at Sunset Rock

Join HCLT for a botany walk and sunset meditation. Join us for a serene evening of nature connection and inner calm. Led by local naturalist & mindfulness teacher Jack Johnston, this unique event blends mindful exploration and meditation. We'll begin with a peaceful, plant-focused hike up to Sunset Rock, learning about native flora along the way. At the summit, settle in for a guided meditation as the sun sets over Highlands—an unforgettable experience in one of our region's most beautiful natural settings.

Hike: 2 miles round trip, considered easy to moderate. 

What to bring:  Water, comfortable hiking shoes, a flashlight, and something to sit on for the seated meditation offering.
